Inside the Box

Week -5. I shipped a parcel over to Ottawa early this week. Clothes, shoes (yes, I had trouble deciding which ones) and collaterals.

While waiting at the post office, I recalled what one distinguished delegate at a recent summit said. He told me that each time he travels, he simply assumes he'll never see his luggage again!

Would I be really upset if I never saw this parcel again, I wondered. No, I realised. Such are the excesses in my life. If you had to lose a boxful of your life, which bits would you put in?
